Instructions for logging into your library's Counting Opinions survey portal account

The username and password combination you formerly used to access your library's account has been replaced with MySD single sign-on (SSO) authentication.

1. Click on the "Log in with SSO" button.

2. Enter your (or the library's) email address in the MySD pop-up window.

3. If you already have a MySD account enter the password and you should automatically be redirected into the Counting Opinions survey portal.

If you do not have a MySD account
If you do not have a MySD account associated with your email address, click on the "Sign up now" link to set up your account. If possible, use your library's email address rather than a personal email address.

You should then be able to return to the sd.countingopinions.com website to log in using your email address.

If your SSO login attempt fails
If your SSO login attempt fails, it is likely because the email address used does not match the email address assigned to your library's Counting Opinions survey portal account.
